Mr. Renard spearheads the global operations of Distinctive Workforce Solutions including its sister companies: ManageRight Technologies and Distinctive Personnel. Mr. Renard is regarded to be a world leader in the Vendor Management Technology category, the world authority in the management of light industrial staffing strategies and has created external staffing solutions for more than 200 global brands. Mr. Renard pioneered the CFLM (Cross Functional Labor Management) staffing strategy, built software integration designs to create multi-functional captures of labor, and proudly lends his expertise to companies around the globe. He has a deep expertise in creating software and management solutions for all external labor, including, temp labor, payrolled labor, SOW, 1099 contractors and FMS.
Mr. Renard is a former Board Director for the New York Staffing Association and participates in several boards as an advisor to C-level executives. Mr. Renard contributes to several business publications, and is the host of the very popular podcast, Solving Temporary Staffing Problems.
